Decentralised AI infrastructure: an identity for AI held on-chain, with the workflows, models, data, infrastructure and access to each represented as tokens. Deliberately ambitious and early — five hackathon wins in ten months came out of building it.

Two and a half years of AI and analytics across banking, telecom, FMCG, IT infrastructure and heavy engineering, delivered from India to clients in APAC, Europe, the US and the Middle East. The defining piece was the firm's first AI framework for civil structure optimisation: LLM extraction turning unstructured engineering and cost data into a clean parameter space, then a genetic algorithm searching it under physics constraints.

Built IPAF, the deep-learning framework predicting aircraft engine failure and degradation, and improved its detection counterpart IDAF — 5× faster, F1 up around 9%, with fewer false negatives. Tens of terabytes across millions of flights, re-engineered to run in hours instead of days on 70–80% less storage.

Founded the company around CoviFight, a contact-tracing system built during the 2020 lockdown to raise detection rates without asking anyone to surrender their identity. Led 12 developers as tech lead and Scrum Master while writing the ML models and database schema, and secured a grant from The Meta Group.
